You just need to update the connection or create a new connection to solve this problem. For example, if you use Microsoft account without subscribing to Office 365, but you use it to create an office 365 connection, this problem may occur. ![]() Now restart the machine and recreate the Outlook profile. The subscription of the current account does not meet the requirements of the current connector. Locate the following key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover and add the following DWORD 'ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint' (without the quote marks) and give it a hex value of 1. Open up the registry (back it up first!! If you break it, it's not my fault!) by going to Start > type 'regedit' and hit enter.
